Terms of Service — PDR Web Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, dashboard, and services offered by PDR Web Solutions ("PDR", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Fantom Net Infotech, based in New Town, Kolkata, India. By registering a domain, purchasing hosting, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

PDR provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, cloud hosting, business email, SSL certificates, website security products, and related add-ons, delivered in part through our accredited registrar and hosting infrastructure partners. Some services (for example domain registration and certain security products) are fulfilled through third-party providers acting on our behalf.

3. Account Registration

To purchase or manage services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (including any password or one-time login code) and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry and, where applicable, ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
You are responsible for providing accurate WHOIS/registrant contact information and keeping it up to date.
Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until registration is confirmed by the relevant registry.
Failure to renew a domain before its expiry date may result in loss of the domain, including during any grace or redemption period defined by the registry, which may carry additional fees.

5. Payments and Billing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Prices for hosting, server, cloud, and similar subscription-based products may vary by billing term (for example, monthly versus annual commitments) as shown at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Host, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing;
Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise compromise the security of any system;
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability across our hosting, server, and cloud infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our reasonable control may result in downtime.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PDR harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
